A private home and guest house, in the south of France, a beautifully restored water mill  90 kilometers or 60 miles northeast of Toulouse in the Tarn River Valley.  The property has been completely redone, including the millworks for grinding flour as well as making walnut oil, for personal use, with all modern conveniences, but in keeping with its 18th century origins.  This is an absolutely unique property, since there are very few mills in France with the millworks intact.

The main house, a handsome stone building with a stone roof, has over 300 square meters or 3,300 square feet of living space,  sits high above the Mousse River, a tributary of the Tarn.  There is a separate guest house, with its own kitchen, studio, and terrace overlooking the main waterfall.  In all, there are 4+ bedroom suites and 3 baths.
